Kuwait has no VAT today, and the Kuwaiti dinar is one of the few currencies divided into a thousand rather than a hundred. Both matter more than they sound: software that assumes VAT clutters every invoice, and software that assumes two decimal places gets dinar amounts wrong on every line.
